Ozobot Classroom

Getting Ready Routine for Color Codes

Students think about their morning routine and draw an item to represent each event. Then, they will program Ozobot to pause at the time that each event happens, so students can explain the event. This lesson goes with the Ozo Tells Time STEAM Kit.

Bowling for Numbers, 2-3 (Ozobot 3D CAD Library)

Using 3D-printed bowling pins, students will take Ozobot bowling for numbers. Each attempt will give students the numbers needed to complete addition and subtraction problems. Visit ozobot.com/3d-cad-library for all the STL files.

Ozobot Space Race

Teams will race their Ozobot to navigate through space to reach their destination, the Sun.

Classify by Amount

Students will practice cutting out paper tiles and classifying them by amount. Then, students will explain to Ozobot how they classified each group as Ozobot travels around a shape.

Area with Ozobot

Students program their bot to randomly select a number of units for the length and width of a rectangle. Next, they use the numbers to draw the rectangle on grid paper and find the area by counting the units and multiplying the length by the width.

Study with Ozobot!

Just in time for end-of-year testing, we’ve created a study guide activity with a twist! Use a Blockly program to enable Ozobot’s random movement around your guide. Then answer your study questions to practice any subject!
