Get Ready for School
Use Color Codes to help Ari navigate the morning routine and make it to school on time. You’ll practice telling time on an analog clock and writing the time in a digital format. Then celebrate when Ari successfully arrives at school!
What Time Is It?
Use the Timer and Speed Color Codes to program Ari to zip around an analog clock, landing on different numbers for the hour and minute. Then analyze the random images on Ari’s screen to determine if the time is AM or PM.
Total Time Tally
Ari has a busy schedule and needs your help to calculate how long it takes to complete different tasks. You’ll use an analog clock, number lines, and Color Codes to solve word problems and determine the total time for each activity!
Moon Phases with Ari Level 2
Students will identify the 8 phases of the moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, last quarter, waning crescent, and new moon. They will program Ari to recognize a color or color combination to indicate each
Moon Phases with Ari Level 1
Students will identify the 4 major phases of the moon: first quarter, full moon, last quarter, and new moon. They will program Ari to recognize a color or color combination to indicate each phase.
Animal Life Cycles
Students will create interactive diagrams to show the life cycles of two different organisms. Ari will display the life cycles of the organisms as it travels on the track. Students then compare and contrast the two different life cycles.
Plant Life Cycles
Program Ari to represent each stage of the plant life cycle, from seed to flower. Using color codes and sequencing language, students practice creating scientific models while combining coding skills with their understanding of biology.
Meet Ari: Color Codes (5-12)
Show off your Color Coding skills by coding a track that programs Ari to perform various actions! Using the Color Codes app and different Color Codes, determine the correct sequence that guides Ari from start to finish.
Stargazing with Ari
Dive into the story of Orion’s Belt and learn how its stars form one of the most famous constellations in the night sky. Then students will become astronomers and creatively reimagine the three stars to invent and name their very own constellations.
Meet Ari: Color Codes (K-4)
Explore Color Codes in a whole new way with Ari! Using the Color Codes app, observe how each Color Code programs Ari to perform different actions.
