Ozobot Classroom

Pinata Packing!

Students will code Ozobot to travel around the maze collecting candy for a pinata. Then students will add up the cost of each item to find the total.

A-MAZE-ING Reward Day!

Students will create a maze out of KEVA Planks (or other wooden blocks) and code their robots to go through the maze using Ozoblockly. The students may then try to stump their classmates and trade, and then compare codes!

CCM Special Moves Lesson 1: Spin and Tornado

Students will observe the asymmetric codes Spin and Tornado, practice mimicking the movement, and compare and contrast the codes using a T-chart. This is Lesson 1 in a 7-lesson series designed for the Color Code Magnets Special Moves Extension Kit.

Build a Snowman with Ozobot

Students will explore color codes in this fun winter activity. They will choose which face and which scarf they want their snowman to have.

Did someone say pickle?

For National Pickle Day, students can code Ozobot to share pickles with friends for their sandwiches, hamburgers, or just a snack!

Decorate a SnowGlobe

Students will use Ozoblockly to program a path for Evo to decorate a snowglobe.

Welcome to Our School with Ozobot!

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to design an interactive Open House map using color coding skills, incorporating three different locations within their school and using asynchronous codes for their Ozobots to travel.

CCM Special Moves Lesson 4: Loops

Students will use their understanding of two different types of U-Turn codes to program Evo to perform loops. This is Lesson 4 in a 7-lesson series designed for the Color Code Magnets Special Moves Extension Kit.

CCM Special Moves Lesson 5: Line Switch

Students will discover the action of the bot when programmed using the Line Switch Color Codes and create a maze for a friend to solve. This is Lesson 5 in a 7-lesson series designed for the Color Code Magnets Special Moves Extension Kit.

Ozobot Christmas Coding Adventure

In this festive coding lesson, students use Ozobot robots to complete Christmas challenges. They explore basic coding skills, tackle themed challenges, and problem-solving in a fun, holiday-themed setting.
