CCM Base Kit Lesson 5: Which Way Do I Go?
Adventures don’t always follow a defined path and often have crossroads. The 3-WAY INTERSECTION tile introduces a choice Ozobot makes. Students will add intersections to their paths, watch how Ozobot reacts, and note how choices change outcomes.
Introduction to Ozobot Blockly 04: Forever Loops (Grades K-1)
Students will use the days of the week, and seasons of the year to create programs using forever loops.
Introduction to Ozobot Blockly 03: Loops (Grades K-1)
Students will build a short sequence and add a count-controlled loop to program Ozobot to travel in a square.
The Spring Migration
Did you know that every spring, billions of birds migrate to North America in search of food and nesting locations. With a partner, guide your Ozobots north, mimicking the real-life spring migration, using speed and special move Color Codes!
Follow the Rainbow
Program Ozobot to follow the rainbow and find the pot of gold this St. Patrick’s Day!
Meet Ari: Hardware, Software, and Apps (K-4)
Meet Ari, your new robot buddy! In this lesson, you’ll dive into using Ari and level up your coding skills as we explore its hardware, software, and apps, uncovering all the amazing things this bot can do!
Can We Sense That?
Students will use the Ari Distance application to measure the distance from objects made of reflective, transparent, and solid materials. They will then describe how easily Ari can sense different types of materials.
How Can We Measure?
Students will use their hands, feet, and fingers to measure the length of objects. Then, students will use Ari’s distance app to measure the same lengths. Finally, students will compare the measurements taken from both methods.
Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day is all about LOVE! Fill out the activity sheet, then program Ozobot to travel along the red heart and celebrate the day of love!
Groundhog’s Day
Will the Groundhog see its shadow this Groundhog’s Day? Or will Spring arrive early? Celebrate this fun winter tradition with Ozobot by creating a program for the Groundhog to check for its shadow!
