Ozobot Classroom

Coding with Boy + Bot

Students will code Ozobot to go through the events that took place in the story in sequential order.

Creative Counting with Ozobot

The Ozobot will race ten times and students will record race data by drawing shapes. Counting and comparing numbers will finish the Ozobot experience.

Texas Symbols

Students will review Texas symbols by helping Ozobot travel the Texas Symbols Trail and stop to visit each one of them for 3 seconds.

The Road to the Revolution

Students create an Ozobot Map that leads the bot through events that lead the American Colonies to declare independence from Britain.

Ozo-story Retell

Students will use the Ozobot to retell a story that they have read as a class. They will use a design brief to plan out the maze.

Celebrating Dr. Seuss

Students will read a story, draw important events in sequence and create codes to show how characters reacted or should have reacted in the story.

Closed and Open Syllable Types

Ozobots will be used in word study lessons to physically prove words belong in each syllable type by their drawn color codes.

Garrett Morgan and His Traffic Signal

This lesson can be used in an invention unit, and Ozobot activity can be stand-alone or mixed in with other “traffic light task cards” during STEM.
