AI Quality Inspection on the Assembly Line
Take on the role of a factory inspection engineer! You’ll use an AI-powered camera with your robot to check if a computer chip has all its parts, simulating how factories make sure products meet quality standards.
AI-Powered Population Maps
Use the LLM block to collect real-world population and land area data from 10 different countries! Students will calculate population density, rank countries from most to least crowded, and create an AI-powered population map.
Ocean Energy Food Chain
Bring the energy of ecosystems to life by programming Ari to simulate the flow of energy through a vibrant ocean food chain, from the sun to producers, consumers and decomposers. Use sequencing language to craft and present your model to your others!
Prominent Black Engineers and Scientists
Students will choose an influential Black scientist and/or engineer, research their lives, and create a biographical timeline for Ozobot to follow.
Code for the Gold – Curling Challenge
Students will construct an attachment for Ozobot to compete in a curling competition. Ozobot will push the curling stones into the goal area to score points.
Code for the Gold – Gymnastic Floor Routine (Advanced)
Students will program Ozobot using functions to compete in a Gymnastics Floor Competition.
Code for the Gold – Gymnastic Floor Routine (Beginner)
Students will program Ozobot using sequences and loops to compete in a Gymnastics Floor Competition.
Rounding Fun
Students will use a number line to round whole numbers to the nearest 10 or 100. Students will use Color Codes to program Ozobot to move to the correct rounded number.
Fact Families
Students will program Ozobot to choose two random numbers and an operator ( add or multiply). Students will create four math facts for each group of numbers.
Division Race
Students will do long division problems with one-digit divisors, while racing Ozobot to the finish. Students can choose the speed they want the Ozobot to go.
