Maze of Operations
Students will practice using the order of operations to solve equations and decode missing Color Codes to complete a maze for their Ozobot to move through.
Gratitude Party: A Thanksgiving Activity
Students will identify what they are grateful for. Then cut out and build a 3D flower, a pyramid, a cube, and a triangular prism and place them along the path to a Gratitude Party, along with Color Codes.
Count Down with the Point Counter
Students will use computational thinking to practice using the point counter Color Codes.
Sequencing My Day
In this lesson, students will be introduced to the concept of a sequence. They will draw, write, and program Ozobot to follow the sequence of their day.
Telling 24-Hour Time
Students will gain an understanding of 24-hour time and and draw different events with 24-hour time. This lesson is meant to go with the Ozo Tells Time STEAM Kit.
AM or PM with Color Codes
Students will gain an understanding of AM and PM with relation to time, and draw different events that occur at specific times. This lesson is meant to go with the Ozo Tells Time STEAM Kit.
Getting Ready Routine for Ozobot Blockly
Students will list their morning routines and draw a picture for each item. Then, they will program Ozobot in Ozobot Blockly to pause at the time that each event happens, so students can explain the event.
A Year in Constellations
In this lesson, students will draw a model of a constellation by plotting the points of the stars, connecting the stars with markers and incorporating at least three Color Codes in their constellation drawing for their Ozobot to follow.
Stargazing with Ozobot: Recreate a Constellation (Color Codes)
Embark on a stellar journey by creating and drawing your own constellation! Bring your celestial creations to life by using Color Codes to program Ozobot to glide gracefully over your starry night sky.
Ozobot Learns Branches of Government | Mini Lesson
Students will identify the three branches of US government and match them with the corresponding color codes. This activity works well as a warm-up or an exit ticket.
