Introduction to Color Codes 08: Counters
Students will learn Color Codes to program Ozobot to count three things: intersections, turns at intersections, and changes in path color. Students will also learn how to use the Point Counter Color Codes.
Introduction to Color Codes 06: Timers
Students will learn Color Codes to program Ozobot to run and stop following a timer. They will also observe how speed and time are related when programming Ozobot to complete a task.
Patterns Not Memory: How LLMs Work
Students use skip counting as a way to identify patterns and make predictions. Then, they program Ozobot to complete a pattern to understand how LLMs work.
Interjections by Chance
Students will use an Ozobot to randomly choose words on the Interjections by Chance Map and identify the word as an interjection, noun, or verb. The students will then write sentences using the words.
Conjunctions by Chance
Students will use an Ozobot to randomly choose words on the Conjunctions by Chance Map and identify the word as a preposition, noun, or adjective. Then students will write a sentence using the word.
Prepositions by Chance
Students will use an Ozobot to randomly choose words on the Prepositions by Chance Map and identify the word as a preposition, noun or adjective. The students will then write a sentence using the word.
A five-state controller via binning
Assignments of this lesson designed to write a controller that directs Evo’s motion along the wall via an algorithm based on binning.
A Proportional Сontroller with two sensors
The lesson is to code proportional controllers with two distance sensors
SDG #3 Good Health and Well Being: Arcade Game
Students will create tasks that Ozobot has to complete to graduate Ozo School.
Improved On-Off Controller
The lesson is to modify the basic on-off controller so that the line following behaviour of the robot is more sophisticated.
