Every Job is Important!
This lesson is for students to understand that all jobs/specialists depend on other specialists, and if one cannot do his/her job, others might suffer because of the break in the interdependence web.
Ozobot at the Store
This lesson is for students to practice sequencing from a repetitive book and demonstrate how there are certain tasks that must be done in the correct order when shopping at a story.
Directions – Where do you live?
Students will create a code path from their house to school. This can be achieved in a Google Doc, printed document or with just plain paper and markers.
Fur Trading Post
In this lesson, students will create a fur trading post and code Ozobot to take the fur trading boss on a tour.
Geography- Where in the World (Context clues)
This lesson has students using context clues from famous places then placing them on a map.
True or False
This is a versatile “game board” that brings variety for student feedback. Just handout the review board and ask any true/false question. Students choose their answer and color in the appropriate blocks to direct their Ozobot to their answer!
A Grand Florida Tour
In pairs, students will randomly sleect 4 Florida landmarks. Using these landmarks, they will plot a course to visit these places. Using that information, they will code their Ozobot (using OzoBlocky) to take a tour of Florida.
Needs or Wants?
This lesson is for students to understand the difference between needs and wants and be able to categorize a good after they name it from the letter Ozobot goes to on the maze.
Government Roles
Students will identify the roles of the president, mayor, and governor.
