Ozobot Classroom

Bowling with Ozobot

Program Ozobot to navigate the bowling alley and knock over the pins to win the game! Through coding and strategic planning, students will explore concepts of movement, precision, and game design.

Ozobot Theatre

Acting as directors, students will use Ozobots as avatars, or characters, to create dramatic representations of original stories they create.

Cube Challenge

Use dice to randomly determine Color Codes required, and critical thinking to create a maze that will program Ozobot to run for a randomly determined amount of time. This lesson is based on a lesson originally by Kathi Kersznowski.

A Lesson in Randomness and Runs

In this lesson students will learn what happens when Ozobot reaches intersections and to use of OzoCodes to control Ozobot at intersections. They also investigate how this relates to the probability concepts of randomness and runs.

An Experiment on Uniform Circular Motion

In this lesson students study uniform circular motion using three provided OzoMaps and OzoCodes to give Ozobot four different speeds. Exercises are included to reinforce concepts learned.

A Lesson in Probability and Statistics

Students will learn how to control Ozobot at intersections using Color Codes and relate this to concepts in Probability Theory. Lesson created for Ozobot by Dr. Richard Born, Associate Professor Emeritus at N. Illinois Univ.
