- When laying out the course, use a good quality tape. I used 1/2" wide orange or white Gorilla tape.
- Make sure to make the lanes for the Ozobot straight. I use a 2" wide lane
- Make sure the turns are truly 45 or 90 degrees.
- When putting hazards in the lanes, give the Ozobot room to navigate around the hazard. Allow students to be creative when solving these problems.
- Ensure the wood deck you use is very smooth and free of debris that might throw the Ozobot off course.
