Engineering Design Process Lesson 3
Students will use the Engineering Design Process to develop a model that uses Ozobot’s point counter. The scenario is 8th Grade mentors accompanying new 6th graders through school on the first day collecting and giving away items.
ORA Essentials: Lesson 1 – Meet ORA
Students will learn about industrial cobots like ORA in order to understand the real-world application of a six-axis robotic arms. They will label the parts of ORA, experience a demonstration of it’s safety features, then create a safety protocol.

Students explore the components and mechanics of finger grippers through hands-on activities, testing with various objects, and discussions on the comparison with human grip and its applications in industry.
